 A)Hot tapping at active pipelines


Hot tapping and pipeline shutdown, not interrupting the pumping of the transported product, allows to carry out replacement (repair) of the defective segment, replacement of stop valves, connection of offsetting-pipelines and other types of pipeline reconstruction, while ensuring product transportation to the client. These works make it possible to significantly decrease the expenses while carrying out repair works and are environmentally friendly.


This company provides a full range of services – from assembly and pressure welding of split tees at the active pipeline to tie-in of the newly assembled segment. B) In-line inspection

Regardless of the product they carry, pipelines must undergo internal cleaning in order to remove corrosive deposits and ensure long service life. Pipeline cleaning is also essential in order to obtain reliable results from in-line inspection of pipeline.

This company offers professional services for internal cleaning of pipelines and preparation for in-line inspection. These works are carried out by skilled experts using state-of-the-art cleaning devices and inspection pigs as well as temporary and mobile upgraded pig launcher-receiver chambers, for which the company has its own patent.

In-line diagnosis consists of the following stages:

  • Assembly of pig launcher-receiver chambers (if required);
  • Determination of the pipeline float area using foam polyurethane pistons and calipers;
  • Removal of solids and deposits from the pipeline internal cavity using various cleaning devices;
  • Various inspections, depending on needs (ultrasonic, magnetic, and combined);
  • Decoding of results;
  • Issue of a technical report containing information of the identified defects (loss of geometry, poor-quality weld joints, corrosion, mechanical damage, etc.) with coordinate locations, maximum operating life, maximum admissible pressure, and recommendations on repair methods as per regulatory documentation;
  • Development of an industrial safety expert review based on the technical report.
